Thank you for shopping at Oakyra! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within Canada only. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express shipping: 2–4 business days
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at oakyra.crafts@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it right.
